A Celebration of Accomplishments
On Monday, March 14th, 2022 a long overdue celebration was held to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of the first Continuous Improvement Team. The stories that they had to tell about the real change that they saw with their fellow employees was nothing short of amazing. It demonstrated that we had started to change the culture of how we look at safety.
